When Chau started at Xanadu Group, she was an intern.

When Chau started at Xanadu Group, she was an intern. Now, after 6 years with us, she manages our entire finance team and is working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.

💬 “I approached our CEO, who happily submitted an ATE application last year, as it was something I wanted to do to build my career.

Now that Xanadu Group is an Approved Training Employer, it’s an opportunity for me to learn, grow, and opens up a whole world of networking with other accountants.

The work I do here is valuable and it’s exciting to know that it can now be counted towards my CA progress.”

In mid-2025, we evolved our HR department into People & Culture, with a commitment to employing a range of company-wide initiatives (including professional development opportunities) for employees.

We are so heartened to be able to support Chau’s journey towards becoming a Chartered Accountant, especially given her years of dedication and work within the company.

And, with Xanadu Group now being an ATE, we look forward to supporting other employees who want to pursue their CA as our team continues to grow and evolve.
