About Xanadu Group
Behind every service we run there is a person: someone who needs a hand at home, a young person who needs somewhere safe to live, a carer who needs training and someone to call. We build and back the organisations that show up for them, across Western Australia and Victoria.
Who we are
Xanadu Group does not sit at a distance from the frontline. We build the conditions our teams need to care well: steady processes, proper training, clear governance, and people they can call when a day goes sideways.
More than 250 people work across the group. Our teams live and work in metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia, including the Peel region, Geraldton and Manjimup. Through our Victorian operations we support people across Melbourne and the surrounding areas, with a business operations team in the Philippines helping keep everything running.
Because our organisations sit side by side, what one of them learns becomes something all of them can use, and a problem none of them could solve alone becomes a service that did not exist before.
Why we exist
Some needs fall between services. Some are in towns too small, or situations too complicated, for anyone else to take on. Those are the ones we look for, and being a business is what gives us the means to answer them: to train people properly, open homes, build the systems that keep care safe, and stay when funding cycles change.

Disability & aged care — WA
Support at home and in the community across Perth and regional WA, including Supported Independent Living, Specialised Disability Accommodation, complex care and personal care.
Disability support — VIC
Support across Melbourne and surrounding areas: help with daily living, getting out into the community, Supported Independent Living, and respite when families need a break.
Out of home care — WA
Therapeutic, trauma-informed care arrangements for children and young people in the CEO’s care, delivered in partnership with the Department of Communities.
Training — national
Nationally recognised first aid and health care training, keeping our own workforce and the wider sector ready for the moments that matter.
