Xanadu Group operates across Western Australia and Victoria, delivering services in metropolitan and regional communities, with additional offshore capability supporting our business operations.

Headquartered in Perth, our teams are based across metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia, including the Peel region, Geraldton and Manjimup. Through our Victorian operations, we also deliver disability services across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

In addition to our Australian‑based teams, Xanadu Group is supported by a dedicated offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) team in the Philippines, providing digital and operational support across the group.

Built in Australia with a global outlook, Xanadu Group is a purpose‑driven organisation of more than 250 professionals. We bring together specialist expertise, systems and technology to support effective, scalable service delivery across community services, training and business operations.
