Working together with WISE to create stronger employment pathways

WISE Aboriginal Corporation partners with Xanadu Group to help support First Nations recruitment in WA and VIC.

Bridging the gap in First Nations employment

Xanadu Group and WISE Aboriginal Corporation Group announce a strategic partnership focused on First Nations employment, workforce development and culturally responsive services.

Xanadu Group and its subsidiaries, Helping Solutions, Helping Community Solutions and True Ability, are proud to announce a strategic partnership with WISE Aboriginal Corporation Group.

Together, the organisations will focus on shared priorities across First Nations employment, workforce development, community services and regional opportunities.

At the heart of the partnership is a commitment to creating stronger pathways to employment, training and meaningful workforce participation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Turning commitment into practical action

This partnership is an important milestone for Xanadu Group. It also reflects work that has been progressing for some time to strengthen First Nations employment pathways.

For Xanadu Group, reconciliation needs to be reflected in relationships, listening and learning. Importantly, it must also lead to practical action.

Through this partnership, WISE Aboriginal Corporation Group and Xanadu Group will work together to support First Nations workforce development, training and sustainable employment pathways.

The organisations will also explore opportunities in regional service development and culturally responsive community services.

Working across disability, aged care and community services

The strategic partnership will explore opportunities across disability services, Aged Care Support at Home, veterans services and Out of Home Care.

At the same time, the organisations aim to strengthen collaboration with communities, First Nations organisations, government and industry.

In Victoria, True Ability will play an important role in supporting the strategic partnership. True Ability‘s Melbourne office will also provide WISE with a base when needed. This will support the organisations as they build connections and explore opportunities across Victoria, including regional communities.

In Western Australia, Helping Solutions and Helping Community Solutions will support the strategic partnership through their regional presence. Helping Solutions provides disability support services, while Helping Community Solutions delivers therapeutic youth care services.

One step in a longer journey

This partnership is not the completion of a journey. The partnership represents one meaningful step in a longer commitment to stronger First Nations workforce participation. We aim to prioritise sustainable employment pathways and culturally responsive services.

The teams at Xanadu Group look forward to working alongside WISE Aboriginal Corporation Group to turn shared intent into practical, lasting opportunities.
