Last Friday, we were honoured to have senator Fatima Payman come to speak at our office for International Women’s Day 2026.

Payman is the fifth-youngest member to have been elected to the Senate and is known for her courageous (and sometimes polarising) acts throughout her career.

Our team hugely benefited from hearing her speak on topics of leadership, particularly around the internal conditioning that women often grow up with which discourages them from standing true to their beliefs and making difficult decisions.

Below is just a small snippet of some of the wisdom she shared. Our team learned so much and we are so grateful to her for giving her time and generosity. #GiveToGain #IWD2026

(P.S: A big thankyou to the men in our office for taking initiative to organise IWD for the second year in a row, an initative that was started to reduce the often unseen labour of women having to plan and organise events within workplace settings.)
