Helping Solutions Joins Ageing Australia and Sponsors the WA State Conference 2026

We’re proud to share that Helping Solutions is now a member of Ageing Australia, the national peak body representing aged care providers, and will be sponsoring the Ageing Australia WA State Conference 2026 as a Silver Sponsor.

This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and collaboration across the aged care sector — particularly as providers navigate significant reform and the transition to the Support at Home Program.

What is the Ageing Australia WA State Conference?

The Ageing Australia WA State Conference 2026 is a major two‑day, in‑person event held in Perth and designed specifically for Western Australian aged care providers, leaders and sector partners.

Each year, the conference brings together:

  • Aged care and community care providers
  • CEOs, directors, managers and frontline leaders
  • Policy experts, innovators and sector partners

The focus is on exploring the future of care in WA, with practical discussions that reflect both national reform and local service challenges.

For organisations delivering care in Western Australia (particularly across regional and rural areas where support needs are drastically different) the WA State Conference is a valuable opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and influence sector conversations.

Why Helping Solutions is Sponsoring the 2026 Conference

Sponsoring the WA State Conference as a Silver Sponsor is a natural extension of our purpose. Since 2019, we’ve been a registered NDIS provider and have extensive experience supporting adults with complex and fluctuating needs (including but not limited to people with high physical support needs, psychosocial disability and chronic health conditions).

In 2026, Helping Solutions expanded its service delivery to include the Support at Home Program, through our associated governance partner OSAN Ability, enabling Helping Solutions to deliver services in compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Helping Solutions exists to create opportunities for individuals to live active, fulfilling lives, which is why the Ageing Australia WA State Conference 2026 is an opportunity for us to share our experience on strengthen systems and adapting to change while staying focused on person‑centred care.

By sponsoring this event, we aim to:

  • Support to meaningful, sector‑led conversations in WA
  • Contribute to shared learning during a time of significant reform
  • Build connections that will strengthen aged care delivery across the state

We believe the future of aged care depends not just on policy and funding reforms, but on practical collaboration between providers, grounded in real‑world experience.

Navigating the Transition to Support at Home

One of the most significant changes facing the sector is the shift to the Support at Home Program, which is replacing existing home care arrangements.

Our team will be attending the conference to:

  • Share insights with providers navigating this transition
  • Discuss what Support at Home means in practice, not just on paper
  • Exchange ideas around service design, funding, and compliance
  • Listen to provider feedback, challenges and emerging needs

Helping Solutions has hands‑on experience not just supporting our participants through complex transitions but also leading ourselves through them.

We understand that success under Support at Home is dependent on local knowledge, operational readiness, and workforce capability. In particular, delivering aged care services in regional and rural Western Australia comes with unique challenges (from workforce shortages to access, distance, and sustainability).

If you’re a provider delivering services across regional WA and want to talk about what works (and what doesn’t) we’d love to connect. Register here to reserve your ticket.

Innovation and AI in Aged Care

Innovation will also be a strong theme at this year’s conference, including growing interest in how technology and artificial intelligence can support aged care delivery.

Like many in the sector, we’re keen to learn from thought leaders and practitioners exploring how digital tools and AI can:

  • Reduce administrative burden
  • Support workforce efficiency
  • Enhance care quality and consistency
  • Improve experiences for older people

These conversations are becoming increasingly important as providers balance quality, compliance and sustainability in a changing environment.

Let’s Connect at the Conference

The Ageing Australia WA State Conference is all about improving the future of care in WA, and collaboration amongst providers plays a huge role in that process.

If you’re attending and want to talk about Support at Home, regional service delivery, or the future of aged care in Western Australia, come and find us. We’d love to connect.
