2025 was one of our biggest years yet!
Here’s just a few of our successes and initiatives:

🏠 1) Support at Home Program
We officially started delivering the Support at Home Program to those above 65 requiring home care support.

♀️ 2) International Women’s Day initiative – Flipping the Script!
We handed the planning and execution of our International Women’s Day initiatives to the men to see if they were up to the task of managing the often-unrecognised labour of coordinating workplace culture and community‑building activities.

📍3) Disability & Career Expos
From Perth to Melbourne, Carnarvon and Geraldton, we were everywhere last year – attending six expos across the country and meeting incredible people from participants to providers who made our day every time they stopped by our booth to say hi.

❤️‍🩹 4) Trauma Informed and TCI Training
We upskilled our front-line teams with essential Trauma Informed and TCI training, supporting them to recognise trauma‑based behaviour patterns and early warning signs, and to reframe crisis situations through a therapeutic, relationship‑focused lens.

🌻5) World Autism Understanding Month
We hosted a neurodiverse-friendly networking event with sensory recharge spaces and networking activities with guest speaker Dr Mohammad Jehangir from Smart Paeds – Paediatric Specialist Clinic.

🎨 6) ARTback Studio Workshops
We launched a calendar of regular, recurring art and Zumba classes designed to support participants with exploring their creativity, building capacity, and connecting socially.

📈 7) Vinnies CEO Sleepout
Our CEO returned for his 2nd Vinnies CEO Sleepout to raise funds and awareness for homelessness in Australia on behalf of the Xanadu Group team.

🌲 8) Manjimup Expansion
With our focus on regional and rural supports, we officially expanded our operations in the Shire of Manjimup (for both disability and home care support).

👩🏻‍💻 9) Internship/Work Placement Program
We had 12 interns and 3 work placement students gain valuable experience with Xanadu Group in 2025. We now have a fully established program in place for future students.

📊9) Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Program
Xanadu Group is now an Approved Training Employer for the Chartered Accountants Program, supporting our finance team’s continued professional development!

As a purpose‑driven organisation, we’re committed to improving the lives of people across the disability, community and healthcare sectors, and within our own teams.

In 2026, we’re building on this year’s successful initiatives, aiming to achieve more, reach further and deepen our positive impact.

Here’s to even more milestones and meaningful wins in 2026! 🎉
