Xanadu Group is seeking a passionate and proactive Client Engagement Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our aged care clients and their families. This pivotal role is about building relationships, creating exceptional experiences, and ensuring every client feels supported and connected to the care they deserve.

What you’ll do:
✅ Drive engagement for aged care – home care clients
✅ Lead onboarding, manage referrals, and coordinate services
✅ Build strong relationships with clients, families, and industry stakeholders
✅ Navigate My Aged Care and client management systems

What we’re looking for:
✔ Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services (or equivalent)
✔ Extensive experience in aged care and strong client engagement skills
✔ Knowledge of My Aged Care portal and referral processes (highly desirable)
✔ National Police Clearance and Driver’s Licence
