This year, we’re giving away tickets for our employees to attend the annual International Women’s Day 2026 UN Women Australia lunch event.

This is a companywide initiative open to our teams in Western Australia, Victoria, and internationally. Up to 2 winners from each Australian state will be selected to attend (and 1 winner internationally to LIVE Stream the event).

This is an exclusive 2-course lunch event with guest speakers including:
🌟 Jennifer Robinson – Human Rights Lawyer and Barrister (Live in Sydney)
🌟 Tara Rae Moss – Author, Advocate (Live in Perth)
🌟 Hannah McGlade – Associate Professor, Curtin University (Live in Perth)

Both men and women across Xanadu Group are being encouraged to enter, and all they need to do is submit in 25 – 50 words which influential woman inspires them and why.

Why we love this initiative:

♀️ It encourages easy and meaningful engagement in IWP, promoting reflection on women’s efforts and contributions.

💬 It’s sparking conversation across our entire team, increasing engagement and collaboration.

🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 It’s a fantastic opportunity for winners (no matter their role or background) to network, build connections, further their career and support their day-to-day efforts.

🏆 It’s a way we can ensure our employees feel valued for their contributions (especially those on our front-line teams who do important and meaningful work every day).

We love this opportunity as it’s something everyone can participate in, with equal opportunity across the company, and the winners will get to attend together, bond, and be inspired by the incredible line-up of speakers at this year’s event!

(P.S: If you’re an employee of Xanadu Group, submissions are now open and details have been emailed to you! 📧)
