7 years ago, we officially registered Helping Solutions as a company.

What happened afterwards has been a journey of growth, support, and positively impacting lives. 🛣️

Helping Solutions was the first brand we established: a registered NDIS provider in Perth, WA. But little did we know at the time that it would become a launchpad for so many other ventures.

After Helping Solutions, we launched:

🦋 another registered NDIS provider in Melbourne (True Ability)
🧰 an RTO offering accredited training courses (Australian Institute of Training Solutions) and,
🧒🏾 an out of home care service for in crisis youth (Helping Community Solutions)

Eventually, this all moved under a group that we formed: Xanadu Group.

What’s amazing is that all of these achievements were once concepts, good ideas that we knew we were capable of offering. And in such a small time, we’ve done every single thing that we put our mind to.

âś… We established two registered NDIS providers.
âś… We launched an RTO and are now running accredited First Aid & CPR courses every week.
âś… We secured contacts for OOHC and are supporting young individuals (even in regional areas!)

It hasn’t been easy building all of this from scratch and getting our name out there, but as we look back on the journey, we can see all the work and passion our team contributed along the way… and we’re excited for the future.

Once again, we’re building new things, when months ago, all we had were concepts and good ideas.

Now? We’re not just a disability provider, but an aged care provider too.

We’re expanding our services beyond Geraldton to areas like Manjimup and Collie, and our new Manjimup Area Coordinator starts next week!

We’re doing our due diligence as we work towards acquiring new brands and companies.

And we’re taking our OOHC supports even further, to more regional and remote communities where it’s needed most.

Helping Solutions is just where it all started, 7 years ago, the moment we submitted our registration. What a journey it’s been… so, here’s to 7 years, and to many more years of growth. 🎉
